Snapchat
Connecting Snapchat lets Flowfy send every purchase, add-to-cart and page view from your store straight to Snapchat's servers, so your ad reporting reflects sales the browser pixel never saw.
Before you start
- Access to your Snapchat Ads Manager
- Organization Admin on the organization. The token section is not shown to anyone else.
- A Flowfy source already connected. If you have not done that, start with Getting started.
You will end up with two values: an API Token and a Pixel ID.
Part 1 · Get your credentials from Snapchat
1. Open Business Details
In Ads Manager, open the menu in the top corner and choose Business Dashboard under Business. Then pick Business Details from the Business Settings sidebar.

2. Generate the token
Scroll to OAuth Apps. Underneath it is a Conversions API Tokens section — click Generate Token and copy the value.

3. Copy the Pixel ID
Open Events Manager and find your pixel under Event Sources in the left-side navigation bar. Selecting it opens the pixel's details, where the Pixel ID is shown — a long value containing dashes.
The pixel must belong to the same organization the token came from. A token cannot send events for a pixel in a different organization.
Part 2 · Create the destination in Flowfy
1. Start a new destination
In Flowfy, open Destinations and click Create destination.

2. Choose Snapchat

3. Connect your store
Tick the source whose events should flow to Snapchat, then continue.

4. Name it and paste both values
Give the destination a name you will recognise later, put the token from step 2 into API Token, and the value from step 3 into Pixel ID. Then click Create.

Part 3 · Check that it's working
Place a test order, then open the destination in Flowfy and watch Live events. The order should appear within seconds.

On Snapchat's side, open Events Manager and check the pixel's recent activity for events attributed to the Conversions API.
If something goes wrong
Nothing arrives in Flowfy's live events. The problem is between your store and Flowfy. Check that your source is connected and active.
There is no Conversions API Tokens section. You are not an Organization Admin. Ask an admin to generate the token for you.
Snapchat rejects the token. The pixel and the token belong to different organizations. Generate the token from the organization that owns the pixel.
Events stopped arriving suddenly. Someone deleted the token in Ads Manager. These tokens never expire on their own, so a working integration that stops is almost always a deleted token. Generate a new one and update the destination.
Sales are counted twice. Your browser pixel and Flowfy are on different pixels. Both must use the same Pixel ID.
