These terms govern your access to and use of Flowfy’s website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Using Flowfy
Flowfy provides order tracking, attribution, conversion event delivery, and tracking-health monitoring for ecommerce stores. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance based on your selected tier. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to process data you are not legally permitted to collect or share.
5. Data & platforms
You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to send conversion data to connected ad platforms. Flowfy delivers events on your behalf to connected platform APIs.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect uptime.
7. Termination
You may stop using Flowfy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
